The Multi-Scenario Viewer: a tree of possibilities
Each week, I take the time to detail one of the applications that revolve around Script 360 AI. This week: the Multi-Scenario Viewer, a useful tool for those writing branching experiences rather than linear stories.
This satellite application is part of SCRIPT 360-AI, available through the subscription or the Immersive Writing XR and AI Ethics training. It lets you visualize a scenario as a branching tree.

Importing, or starting from scratch
On the main interface, a collapsible panel on the left lets you import or paste an existing scenario. You do not need to arrive with a finished text: you can also start with blank blocks and build directly in the viewer, dictating your ideas by voice or typing them on the keyboard.
The tagging system: the true mechanics of the tool
This is the heart of the application. In imported text, simple tags—just a few letters and numbers—automatically split a sequence into several blocks when the tree is generated. For example, you can start with one Sequence 1 and make it lead to two, three, or more possible variations of Sequence 2.
Simply add a separator tag such as SEQ.02.01, then SEQ.02.02, SEQ.02.03, and so on. When the tree is generated, Sequence 2 is automatically split into distinct blocks, each becoming a possible branch. Repeat wherever your scenario needs to open up along several paths.
Manipulating blocks
Once generated, blocks can be moved with the mouse, resized by dragging, collapsed or expanded, and deleted. You can dictate directly into each block using the microphone, so you do not lose an idea while formulating it. You can also create completely blank nodes to structure the story before writing.
Images as a memory aid
The right-hand column of each block can hold images—equirectangular or standard images, sketches, or visual cues—to help you remember what happens in that block. Double-click to enlarge an image and double-click again to reduce it. This is both a personal memory aid and a team communication tool: everyone can reopen images block by block and understand a scene without rereading the whole script.
Wiring and unwiring
With the scissors tool, you can cut links between blocks or reconnect them by dragging a connection from the green line on the right of one block to the blue line of another. This makes it possible to reorganize an entire tree.
A workspace without limits
The canvas is infinite: right-click to move around, use the wheel to zoom, and left-click to move a block. You can save and reopen a complete scenario whenever you like, and a menu lets you switch the viewer interface among eight languages.
What is its practical purpose?
There are two main uses. First, “re-visualization”: take a scenario written linearly, with its possibility tags, and view it as a branching tree so you can edit it or understand it differently from within Script 360.
Second, pure creation: the tool is just as useful for building experience scenarios as it is for imagining interactive experiences or games.
Above all, it is a visualization tool, but also a creation tool in its own right. It helps you step back from a scenario that was never meant to be a straight line.
